How Safe is Moringa?

Generally, it is good to eat the leaves like every other edible leaf. Also the pods are good to eat. Research shows that eating the leaf extracts made from powder and water may also be safe. But it is not advisable for pregnant women to eat the bark as this could cause contraction which can in turn lead to miscarriage.
