This is a common snack in Nigeria, it is light and easy to make.
- Ground nut oil
- Warm or cold Water
Water 3 ½ cups for 20 cups of flour
Sugar 1 ½ cups
Yeast 4 tea spoons
Salt more than a pinch
Put the water in a bowl
Add yeast and cover it to bubble for 5mins
Add salt and mix with your hands.
Cover for 10-15mins to rise before frying.
Fry in deep fat.
Note: wash hands with soap and water and rinse thoroughly before you start.
