The health benefits of moringa cannot be exhausted. But I think this will help create awareness for everyone. But before you leave, let me share this with you.
In the course of writing this article, I remembered a friend of mine who is from the northern part of Nigeria, who saw this moringa tree in my compound where I stay in Lagos. She told me they use it to cook in the north. I was shocked, and what came to my mind was “how is it that we have such a plant in Nigeria and we don’t know its worth”. I know quite well that those in the north don’t know the health benefits and as such they see it as other vegetables we have in Nigeria. No wonder the Bible say “my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”.
Please don’t keep this to yourself. Share it to enlighten others. Who knows, you could help save someone from dying from cancer, kidney, diabetes, high blood pressure or any other difficult health challenge. It is not only useful for treatment but also for   prevention of various diseases, such as malaria, typhoid fever, kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes and other heart related diseases.
Moringa oleifera is everywhere in Nigeria. So, find a way to get it and possibly plant it at your backyard. It could help you to help someone live longer.
On a final note, on the health benefits of moringa oleifera, note that these are just few of the numerous health benefits you can derive from the miracle tree, moringa oleifera.
